By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant rinovakamax.mobi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in any media.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights. rinovakamax.mobi is not responsible for any User-Generated Content and does not endorse any opinions expressed in such content.
We reserve the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms of Service.
7. Payment Terms

9. Limitation of Liability

This limitation of liability applies to the maximum extent permitted by law in the jurisdiction of California and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms of Service that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Termination of your account does not affect any obligations you may have incurred prior to termination, including payment obligations.
